The president and chief executive officer of an Arlington, Virginia, consulting firm, William Allen Kennedy possesses more than three decades of experience with business development and program management. Founded in 2010, William Allen Kennedy’s company specializes in working with businesses to market, establish strategy, and develop proposals for federal government agencies, such as the Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Interior and Department of Commerce. William A. Kennedy’s background includes a nearly 15-year-long tenure with Raytheon Technical Services Company. There, in his final role at the firm, he served as deputy program manager and lead assessment specialist for the Ukraine Maritime Border Security Project. Among his numerous responsibilities in this capacity, he wrote key documents that led to improvements in Ukraine’s capabilities to detect, deter, and interdict weapons of mass destruction along its maritime border and in its seaports. In an earlier position, Bill Kennedy led Raytheon's campaign to develop the Environmental Protection Agency as a new market for the company and successfully led Raytheon to a contract win at the US Patent and Trademark Office. In his spare time, the Arlington-based consulting executive pursues an active lifestyle, including competing in triathlons. An avid traveler, he has visited over 30 nations and 49 of the 50 states.
