Abstract

The article offers information on the types of learning activities for learning and professional development, considering the requirements for Continuing Professional Development (CPD). It states that experiences reflection, feedback consideration from users, and committee membership are involved in a work-based learning activity. The professional activity highlights professional development actions. Moreover, self-motivation and being proactive is needed in the self-directed learning activity.
