Agile practices are used more commonly in commercial projects. The results of such practices are dependent on many internal and external factors in projects and organisations. As a research methodology, we use the Goal Question Metric approach.Based on the findings, we suggest a set of recommendations that aim at helping projects in similar commercial context to choose best agile practices.
