Abstract

There are numerous and continuous advances in the treatment of intracranial vascular lesions. The role of the anesthesiologist will remain vital in the overall management of these patients by ensuring safety in this remote environment, with the use of standard and required monitoring, the administration of the appropriate anesthetic, and careful vigilance and treatment of complications.
