Abstract

Targeted molecular therapies for cancer treatment have shown promise, but also have limitations. In this issue, Heidorn et al. (2010) find that a class of targeted molecular therapies with clinical effectiveness against one melanoma subtype may have adverse clinical effects in another. © 2010 Elsevier Inc.
