Abstract

The article discusses how enterprises examine their readiness to deploy new social media, Web 2.0. It cites the concept of Kalivo.COM company which comprises really simple syndication (RSS) feeds, search engine optimization features and blog interfaces to customize the needs of the enterprise. In addition, it describes the 360 Degree Digital Influence blog of Ogilvy PR Worldwide company that monitor, respond and engage the information being propagated about the company and brand.
