Abstract

The article presents a case study on innovation of internal teaching and learning evaluation system in higher education institution in China. It offers a discussion on the purpose of the evaluation, which is the improvement of education and teaching reform in the country. It offers information on the process of evaluation being applied in Heilongjiang University.
