Abstract

The need of the diffusion of a modality of culture related to information phenomenon is expressed herein, based on a brief analysis of the relation between culture and information. Also are treated several theoretical-concepts issues regarding informational culture, and the process of its organization in general. At the same time that are expressed the fundaments of informational culture and literacy, are mentioned several social effects, originated by these new conceptions, as well as the needed environment for its development, in order to demonstrate the natural evolution of the information preparation.
