Abstract

Retirement is a pivotal life event that causes millions of people in their early 60s to reassess whether their current residential situation will be consistent with new lifestyle, work, family, and housing realities. Golant focuses on the moving behavior of retirees, the characteristics of their residential enclaves, and the factors that will contribute to their greater visibility over the next two decades.
