Abstract

The article focuses on the professionalism challenges in the U.S. law practices including improvement in ethical decision-making, poor client communication, and challenge in providing legal services to poor class. It discusses improvement in core values of law field that includes internalize professionalism training to lawyers, self-regulation commitment, and improved business practices. An interdisciplinary conversation with business ethics will help to improve the fundaments of business.
