Abstract

The article discusses the intervention for knowledge translations which requires to be oriented to particular barriers to change. It states that the effectiveness of oriented interventions differs considerably, due to the methods of tailoring vary widely around studies. Moreover, research-oriented evidence can render some guidance but cannot indicate resolutely which interventions are most proper.
