Abstract

Vapor and liq. equil.-phase compns. were detd. for the neopentane-CO2 system at 40-150° from the vapor pressure of neopentane to pressures in the crit. region. The equil. ratios for each component were calcd. at each temp. from the phase compn. data. The crit. pressure corresponding to each of the exptl. temps. was measured and the crit. locus for the binary was constructed. [on SciFinder(R)]
