Abstract

The article offers information related to sexting which is an act of sending nude photographs through mobile phones. It explores the rationale, history, and changes of the juvenile justice system concerning sexting in the U.S. It evaluates justifications and child pornography laws, and cases which address adolescents who created the pornography. Moreover, the proposed state bills and state law changes underlying child pornography laws and juvenile court system are also discussed.
