Abstract

Argues Prince Albert Victor contracted syphilis through homosexual activities and various East End prostitutes refused to endorse the establishment cover story that he had acquired it in East End brothels. The murders are attributed to a plot by senior Freemasons, intending to silence the prostitutes’ ringleaders and terrorise the rest, and using a procedure called ‘An Eye to the Future’ whereby, in effect, bogus clues are planted to deceive future generations. Central to the thesis is an affidavit dated 22 March 1928, signed by James Avery of 1 Holland Hill, London, and witnessed by B. Lake, solicitor. Avery avows knowledge of the plot, but disclaims participation. No evidence or argument whatsoever is offered in support of the affidavit’s authenticity.
