Abstract

The article uses experimental auctions to better understand heterogeneity of farmers' demand for Laser Land Leveling (LLL) services in Utter Pradesh, India. It states that experimental auctions helps in assess of consumer valuation of agricultural products in developed countries, and provide the richest description of heterogeneity in valuations across people and goods with minimal assumptions.
