Abstract

Do firms learn to create value in Alliances? --> Embed. View Forschungslücke: Firms create value through joint venturing. Over time they learn to create more value. Unclear is if this is due to better partner selection or better management (contracts, interfaces, etc.) --> Firm internal data necessary (explorative Interviews) --> Thesis could show how alliances with suppliers / other airlines can create value and how the enterprise learns in those alliances.
