The article presents a case study of a 12-year-old female who is presented with a Class II malocclusion. She had to undergo a nonextraction treatment plan after cephalometric analysis showed a full Class II molar and canine relationship to reduce the overjet and overbite and to correct the Class II occlusion by using the Forsus Fatigue Resistant Device (FRD). The author also discusses the effectiveness of the Forsus FRD treatment after modifying the mandibular archwire design.
