Abstract

The article is focused on currently used and newly introduced chosen passive surveillance sensors used by the Army of the Czech Republic (ACR) and chosen NATO members and also on possible solutions for effective geolocation of static emitters based on data produced by ESM (Electronic Support Measures) platforms. It is followed by the proposal of the possible solution which should be much more effective and precise than currently used solutions and possible skeleton of an algorithm, which will be able to track chosen emitters near to real time by using a new approach supported by mathematic methods. The end of the article analyzes/predicts accuracy, usefulness and benefit of proposed algorithm according to current needs of the ACR.
