Abstract

The author expresses his views on issues related to information and communications technologies for development (ICT4D) in 2010. He talks about a consensus emerging among practitioners and scholars who are concerned about the mobilization of goals related to ICT4D. He offers information on platform agnosticism as one of the ways wherein the consensus is renewing the policy and research agenda on ICT4D.
