High-throughput protein crystallization.

Abstract

Structural genomics projects have led to great progress in the field of structural biology. Considerable advances have been made in the automation of all stages of the pipeline from clone to structure. This chapter focuses on crystallization that is one of the major bottlenecks in this pipeline.
