Abstract

Provide an Indoor Air Quality Management Plan which employs architectural and HVAC design strategies to establish minimum outdoor air quantities, chemical, biological and particulate source control and on-going air quality monitoring to achieve a positive impact on the overall indoor environment and well being of the occupants. Meet the requirements of ASHRAE Standard 62-2001: “Ventilation for Acceptable Indoor Air Quality”, utilizing the Ventilation Rate Procedure. Prepare plan in accordance with the requirements of NYSGBTC 638.7(d)(1
