Abstract

The author reflects the global theory of corporate governance which could be applied throughout the global economy. Information regarding the postulates of agency theory is presented in which governance problems arising by the separation of ownership from control have been focused. It informs about the economic goals in which importance to the protection of the shareholders' values has been discussed and also suggests the external monitoring and incentive management for the corporations.
