Abstract

The article offers advice for franchisors on ensuring that their employees execute their best processes. It cites the steps to be taken in creating franchise-specific human resource during employee selection, training and performance management. In the author's view, a training is more effective when it is developed to suit the needs of learners and objectives of a franchise. Also emphasized is the need to increase the knowledge of the overall franchise system among employees.
