Abstract

Based on the reviews of dynamics capabilities, and the research on the knowledge constitution of dynamic capabilities, this paper has integrated the views of "content" and "process" about knowledge management. A conception model on knowledge system has been put forward to demonstrate the evolution of dynamic capabilities in the paper. And then the knowledge activities and evolution mechanisms of dynamic capabilities have been analyzed by this model. From the research, it can be concluded that knowledge activities is the foundation of the evolution of dynamic capabilities, and the organizational learning mechanism can guarantee its sustained development. © 2007 IEEE.
