This article presents information about an article on the shortage of administrators in community colleges in the U.S., published in the February/March 2006 issue of "Community College Journal." The author Dale F. Campbell, a professor and director of the Community College Leadership Consortium at the University of Florida, writes that community colleges could face a leadership gap as administrators retire over the next five years.
