Abstract

To establish long-term relationships with their students, higher education institutions need above all to satisfy them. Although to find their students' satisfaction level they need to find effective ways to measure it. This study presents a way to measure the construct satisfaction in higher education through the use of structural equations. The results show that the construct satisfaction, when measured though the variables used presents a reliability coefficient of 93%. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
