Need for RMA Handbook update and long term monitoring definition

Abstract

This paper presents a proposal for starting the RMA Handbook update consideringthe duties and responsibilities of the RMAs according to the lessons learned sincethe first RVSM implementation and the necessity to publish it as an ICAO Manualas well as the establishment of a harmonized long term monitoring time interval.
