Abstract

NET NETURALITY is the principle\r
according to which the entire internet\r
stuff should be treated equally without\r
dis c rimination, re stri c tion or\r
interference, independently of its\r
sender, recipient, type, content, device,\r
service or application. The world is\r
facing the problem of anti-netneutrality\r
wherein the internet service\r
providers wants to own the liberty to\r
charge different fees from different\r
customers for using internet which is\r
not based on their data usage but on\r
their preferences of surfing the\r
different websites.
