Abstract

This article discusses a few methods of chromatography and spectrometry which are used for serapating proteins from other physiological components, for separating proteins in a mixture of proteins, for determining the amino acid composition of these materials, and fordetermining the sequential arrangement of the amino acids which constitute a given protein.
