Otimalizace úzkých míst pomocí počítačové simulace

Abstract

The article considers about optimalization of manufacturing produce and planning of producing new products with the help of computer discrete simulation. This is showed in concrete example solved in Škoda Auto a.s in Mladá Boleslav. We can devide whole problem into a few parts – definition of problems, definition of initial and contraints conditions, the analyse of contraints places – making of new logic operating and its attestation in simulation model and finally its realization in manufactoring.
