Abstract

The oviposition behaviour of T. carbonaria is described and compared with that of 4 Malesian consubgeners. T. carbonaria has a highly integrated oviposition sequence, in contrast to the simpler sequence in its consubgeners, and its phylogenetic affinities are discussed.
