Abstract

Knowledge transfer is essential to develop competitive advantage for learning organizations, which is a process that knowledge is transferred from sender to receiver. In highly competitive days, the effectiveness of knowledge transfer plays a very important role in the establishment and consolidation of the competitiveness of enterprises. In order to explore suitable measurement for knowledge transfer performance, we summarize the views and the previous business practices, and propose specific recommendations for evaluation and measurement model. We hope that our research will develop the knowledge transfer theories and show guidelines for knowledge transfer organizations. © 2011 IEEE.
