Abstract

Investigates the interface between tetragonal Nd[sub 2]Fe[sub 14]B phase and Nd-rich grain boundary phase in neodymium (Nd)-iron (Fe)-boron (B) sintered magnets with high resolution transmission electron microscope. Selected area diffraction patterns of the Nd-rich phase; Orientation relationships between the two phases; Face-centered-cubic structure.
