Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) contributes to the overall effective functioning of organizations. Because of the recognized significance of OCBs to organizations, employers prefer employees who are willing to go the extra mile; thus, employees may feel pressured to go above and beyond their prescribed job responsibilities. The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationships among citizenship pressure, job engagement, and work-to-family enrichment. Findings revealed that when employees perceive citizenship pressure, they become more engaged in their jobs. In addition, job engagement was positively related to work-tofamily enrichment. Job engagement mediated the relationship between citizenship pressure and work-to-family enrichment. Implications and limitations of the study are discussed and avenues of future research are identified.
