The article presents a case report of a 32 year old male active duty U.S. Air Force Captain with a history of left hip and groin pain as well as left hip stiffness. It states that the femoroacetabular impingement (FAI) based on the findings is convexity of the anterolateral femoral head-neck junction. Meanwhile, it mentions that the joint space loss which is seen at the superolateral aspect of the hip joints serves as an evidence of osteoarthritis.
