Abstract

Enterprise in its growing, maturation and revival or decline stage needs senior managers with different traits. Enterprise should select the senior manager with traits correspond with the need of corporate lifecycles so as to improve work efficiency and enable enterprises to exist and grow better. © 2010 IEEE.
