Abstract

Abrasive jet machining is one of the unconventional machining processes which, using various operations such as deburring, polishing, cutting etc., can be carried out effectively and efficiently, to close tolerances. In this paper, a comprehensive review of work done in this field is given and complex analytical findings that have been made are highlighted. The considerable scope for research and the implementing of it for commercial purposes are also pointed out. © 1993.
