Abstract

Rivermead Post Concussion Symptoms Questionnaire (RPQ) is designed to assess "the severity of PCS [post concussion symptoms]. The patient is asked to rate the degree to which 16 PCS are more of a problem compared with premorbid levels, using values 0 to 4" (p. 588). Items in the Rivermead Post Concussion Symptoms Questionnaire (RPQ) are included in the King, Crawford, Wenden, Moss, and Wade (1995) source.
