Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To establish a relationship between serum quinidine concentrations (SQCs) and QT interval dispersion, compared with corresponding QT intervals, in order to identify a reason why many reports describe torsade de pointes as occurring at subtherapeutic concentrations.
