Abstract

The article focuses on the concept of pricing decisions. It states that various factors contributes in taking pricing decisions including price comparison websites, post-purchase blog reviews and social networking services. It discusses factors that should be considered while making pricing decisions including inventory cost, price differentiation system and comparison of low marginal cost of one product with another one.
