Abstract

The article outlines manners in which stories can be used to improve organizational communication and learning. Various channels through which communication takes places are outlined, including formal social, and personal, as well as their targets which include internal, external, and partner. The author indicates that the personal/internal conjunction is the easiest area to influence.
