This self-directed learning module highlights recent research in assessment of stroke outcomes and management of the psychosocial consequences of stroke. It is a part of the chapter on stroke rehabilitation in the Self- Directed Physiatric Education Program for practitioners and trainees in physical medicine and rehabilitation.
