Abstract

A 5-year-old boy developed two episodes of massive chylothorax due to a huge bilateral diaphragmatic lymphangioma. Two episodes of chylothorax were well controlled only after parenternal octreotide. The lymphangioma showed more than 90% shrinkage after intralesional sclerotherapy with bleomycin. © 2006 Springer-Verlag.
