Survey on the internet of things

Abstract

This paper presents a survey on the Internet of Things (IoT). The origination, development and application of IoT are first discussed, then the definition, architecture, transport network layer, sensing node and the terminal, pervasive sensor network, smart processing techniques, service platform techniques, security, and standardization of IoT are discussed in detail. Finally the key technologies and primary research topics are proposed.
