Institute for Social Innovation The Institute for Social Innovation's mission is to deve-lop the skills of individuals and organisations in the bu-siness and non-proo t sectors to strengthen, through their activities, their contribution to a more just and sustaina-ble world. To this end, the Institute generates and disse-minates knowledge and provides training in the areas of corporate social responsibility and the relationship with stakeholders, NGO leadership and management and so-cial entrepreneurship. Marc Vilanova Marc is Lecturer and Researcher at the Institute for Social Innovation at ESADE Business School. He has a back-ground in economics and more than 10 years experience as an international consultant for private, non-proo t and public organizations in the elds of strategy, development, sustainability and CSR. His research revolves around the area of sustainable and responsible competitiveness, sustainable innovation, stakeholder engagement, corpo-rate social responsibility and accountability. He teaches courses on CSR and sustainable competitiveness at the undergraduate, MBA and executive education levels. He is one of the co-founders of RCE Barcelona, founding mem-ber of the regional centres of expertise on learning for sustainable development, which is a network of expertise on sustainability recognized by United Nations University. Pax Dettoni Pax works as an independent consultant for social and human development projects. She has studies in Political Sciences, Cultural and Social Anthropology and Business. She has worked in the third sector and international coo-peration in different countries from Latin America, Asia and Europe. Her elds of expertise are in microo nance, microenterprises, ecotourism, professional training and Public and Private Alliances, as well as CSR. She teaches international cooperation system and CSR in different ins-titutions. Her focus of interest is the human responsibility towards the world situation; within this scope nowadays she's experimenting in individual awareness by using in-novative methodologies inspired by disciplines related to drama.
