Abstract

Tech-enabled leadership can be defined as leadership that takes advantage of the affordance of technology to enable leadership actions that are open, collaborative or dynamic. Tech-enabled leadership strategies can be of great benefit to school leaders that seek to distribute the essential leadership actions that contribute to student learning, while also enhancing organizational resilience and leadership redundancy.
