Abstract

The study will form a pilot for the methodology as a way of exploring walking/urban design issues. The outcomes are also expected to inform business case development for NMPs (and, possibly, other initiatives). It will therefore go further than establishing priorities and will include a stated preference element to determine willingness to pay.
