Abstract

The effects of boron on the course of the first stage and d irect second stage graphitization reactions that take place during the malleablization of white cast iron were determined. The intrinsic effects of boron were revealed with the use o[ normalization formulas to correct (or nodul e number differences between irons of d ifferent boron coment.
