Abstract

The rise of open educational resources has achieved a global knowledge-sharing and joint management, which plays an extremely important role in the progress of spiritual civilization in the world. However, uneven regional development and other factors have resulted in the information asymmetry in open educational resources. It is an important issue to study how to obtain and effectively use these high-quality open educational resources. According to the distribution of global open education resources, the article has explored how to access and use the open educational resources from the perspective of information retrieval. The purpose of the article is to promote the full utilization and sustainable development of open educational resources. © 2013 IEEE.
