Barriers to the development of private enterprise in forestry

Abstract

A discussion of barriers to the development of the growing private sector servicing the state forests of Poland, which include (most important) financial constraints, a lack of perspective (uncertainties in policy), and psychological constraints. The financial constraints include credit and tax problems.
